Welcome to AphroGlow (operated by CA Zalak Jain). By browsing this website, booking a discovery call, purchasing a course or engaging in any coaching program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the services.

AphroGlow provides mindset coaching, manifestation programs, EFT tapping guidance, Ho'oponopono healing, meditations, affirmations, articles and educational content. All services are educational and self-development in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for your choices, actions and results. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or mental-health concerns.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book coaching sessions or purchase paid programs. By enrolling you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

• All program fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• A non-refundable booking fee may be required to reserve your discovery call or program slot.
• Full payment must be received before your program start date, unless a written instalment plan has been agreed.
• Discounts and offers are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined with other promotions.

• Discovery call bookings can be rescheduled once with a minimum 24-hour notice; no refunds are provided for missed calls.
• Once a 1:1 program or group course has commenced, fees are strictly non-refundable.
• If AphroGlow cancels a program for any reason, a full refund or credit toward another program will be offered.
• Free demo sessions and complimentary resources are non-transferable and hold no monetary value.

• Attend scheduled sessions on time, prepared and in a private space.
• Engage honestly and take responsibility for implementing tools and practices shared during the program.
• Respect the coach, other participants and the sacred space of the container.

All personal information shared during coaching remains strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to self or others.

All content, workbooks, recordings, meditations, frameworks, images and materials published or shared by AphroGlow are the intellectual property of CA Zalak Jain and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute or teach this material without written permission.

AphroGlow does not guarantee any specific outcomes — financial, emotional, relational or otherwise. Testimonials shared reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results. Your outcomes depend on your commitment, honesty and consistent application of the practices.

EFT tapping, Ho'oponopono, affirmations and mindset practices are complementary self-help tools. They are not a substitute for therapy, medication or professional treatment. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment or legal advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
